    Web | method

    E-Commerce Website Design

    The goal of the method redesign was to increase the effectiveness of the site in three key areas: selling products, growing brand affinity, and increasing customer base and loyalty. I worked with Euro RSCG to develop a site infrastructure that addressed these areas, including creating paths for cross-selling, developing a tagging system for products and content areas, and promoting method's People Against Dirty advocate program. We also streamlined the shopping experience by introducing product filtering, integrating cart functionality, and allowing users to save their favorite products.

    Outcome: The new annual goal of one million dollars in sales was met in less than the first six months the site was live.

    Web | Tamiflu

    Pitch for Tamiflu.com

    Worked with Euro RSCG to pitch a new creative approach for Tamiflu.com and Flufacts.com. The objectives of the new Tamiflu.com were to raise awareness of Tamiflu as a flu treatment, help consumers in recognizing flu symptoms, and encourage diagnosis by a physician within 24-48 hours. Mothers were targeted as our primary demographic.

    Outcome: Euro RSCG won the account for Tamiflu.com and Flufacts.com. Within four months of Tamiflu.com going live, the site received more traffic than Tylenol Cold and Flu.

    Web | LG & Transfomers II Interactive Game

    LG Mobile Phones

    Worked with Publicis Modem to create a site and a viral online game experience. The goals of the project included highlighting the features of LG's mobile phones, and creating an engaging and highly interactive experience that brought in the themes from Paramount's Transformers II movie.

    Outcome: Worked within an accelerated timeframe to develop a comprehensive and fluid user experience for the website and the online game.

    Web | LG Xenon

    LG Mobile Phones

    Collaborated with Publicis Modem Creative Directors to create an interactive web presence for LG's Xenon phone. The goals of the site were to highlight the features and functionality of the new phone, and capitalize on the themes of the phone campaign featuring Hayden Panettiere.

    Outcome: We extended the Xenon campaign online, developing concepts for user participation that could extend across viral mediums, including social media.

    Mobile Website Design

    Extended the visual design for ITVS.com, designed by Hot Studio, to a mobile experience. The goals of the project were to meet the user's needs efficiently, and make essential information accessible, ideally within one click or less.

    Educational Games & Toys

    LeapFrog School came to Blue Coast Web at an early stage of an entire redesign of its public facing site. We applied the new look and feel to everything from unique landing pages to general page templates, focusing attention on creating a more navigable and logical user experience.

    Outcome: Developed an on-going relationship with LeapFrog School.

    Redesign of Paypal.com

    Collaborated with the Creative Directors at Publicis Modem to translate PayPal's new print-focused brand into a style guide that could be applied to their online media. At the same time we also redesigned the largest areas of PayPal.com, Personal and Business, to make them more user-centric, and easier to digest.

    A Wall Street Journal Financial News Site

    Worked with Hot Studio to extend the complete redesign of the Wall Street Journal's MarketWatch.com. This extensive redesign included surfacing more breaking news, features, and popular columns, as well as introducing enhanced market charts, streaming real-time updates, new navigation and a docking bar.

    Outcome: A real-time experience for investors tracking the market, as well as expanded content and features.
